yep i checked his code, even though the images are deleted, and it matches guistuff a lot (image names, formatting, some html, etc).. still some of my code in there too... haha

Wow, this guy just refuses to learn his lesson. I've never seen anyone as determined as him try to make a succsesful site out of a stolen (and copyrighted) layout.
If it were something I developed, i would definately bring this leech to court.

Copyriting your work deals with more than just sending some money to some company... first of all, you need to be an adult (it's either 18 or 21, I'm not sure) to do that, and you need to fill out a sh!t load of forms... It's a big deal.

I leave the copyright junk off all of my designs... along with the "don't steal", "this is mine", "all programming done by..." stuff... no big deal to me.

Hey link, actually I was reading the Canadian guide on copyrights, which yo ucan find here: http://strategis.gc.ca/sc_mrksv/cipo/cp/copy2000.pdf

It says you dont have to be any legal age ... it might be different for americans but I doubt it.

Hope Dave or the GUI webmaster is able to get this guy sorted out. I'm actually the one who tipped off Dave about his AC getting ripped but I guess you guys saw the GUI rip already, pretty bad eh ? I've talked to Erod myself but he's an immature moron and won't listen.
