Atom Rings

hey im trying to make 3 intersecting atom rings and have been playing around with the the transform on white rings but no luck. Any ideas?:confused:

When you are trying to recreate or emulate something, you need to provide an example or reference pic to what you are talking about - just for future questions.

Is this what you are trying to go for [only with a third ring]?

Simple. Use the pen tool and make one good ring and duplicate it three times then free transform them. Its easier and more percise than distorting circles.

And if you're just looking for a simple, flat, atom symbol then you can use the custom shape one that photoshop comes w/by default - Just goto the custom shapes section and load up the Symbols category.

if you go with teh pen tool method, you can also make your brush fade to get a 'trail like' fading effect....
