why you making this so hard on yourself dude? Just save them as JPGs and import them. I mean it takes like 10 seconds..

Because I want to still be able to edit them.

Flash isnt the greatest for editing graphics I say just save it as jpegs.

I wouldn't save my Mom as a jpg man. Save it as a png-24 or gif. If you save it as a jpg you'll have to endure lossy compression and it trashes your graphics quality each time you save it.
