iPowerWeb, any good?

I'm looking at hosts atm for a friend of mine's site and I was lookin at iPowerWeb, they seem pretty good for what they're offering, btw I'm looking at the 12 & 24 month plans

ive been hosted with them for over a year. Their uptime is really good, but if you ever e-mail them about a problem dont expect to get a reply for atleast a month
