That's really unfair, by all standards.

You have the right to request more time, with her and if she doesn't comply bring it up with the administrators. If the administrators do not do anything, you can bring it up with the Board of Education.

meh, it's just high school. Don't do the tasks and get the grades up a little with the final exams.

You should do a project on a hover craft. I did, and I got a A+. It's fairly simple and takes a matter of a few hours to complete.
