Templates

Do you guys know where I can get some good avatar and signature templates. Im really new to this so Im just now learning how to do everything. I dont know how to start from scratch or give a picture some really nice effects.

You usually won't find templates for avatars or signatures... the main purpose of those is to create something invidual, like a trademark. Wouldn't be very individual if you used a template, now would it?
