Looking for a couple "how to's" ???

I'm working on a website and I'm wondering if there's an easy way to make the fading rollovers and date/clock as seen on this website:

Is there a script available somewhere or something that I can get to make those? thanks a bunch in advance!

Their are several linkfade scripts on the net. Although L1nk5 left comments in the script they were not nice enough to leave the original author copyright info. Here is another popular linkfade to get you going.

The date is stamped in the source code so it is most likely a server side script. Sinse the file extension for the page is news.asp I would assume it is an .asp script. I am sure a few people around here could easily point you toward or give you a quick php script for the time stamp.
