Anyway this is my convo with my host friend last night, telling me about the funny customers he had met.

EXIDGE: damn it I have to tell the whole world that such people exist

focushub support: then he also got ask me about email
focushub support: he said he created an email account for his client

focushub support: then he ask me his client can change the password of the acct?

focushub support: so i say, sure your client can go to cpanel, then go to the add/remove account
focushub support: then click in "change pass" for that respective email account
focushub support: then he shoot back "that is changing pass, not password leh"
