128MB Ram
2 HD = 100+gb
GeForce 4

Give me a yes or a no and what should I be using to run these programs efectively.

yes and no. processor is fast enough, hd is fast enough, card is fast enough... you NEED much more ram.

Actually if your running an old os and dont have tons of crap running it might be able to handle it but more ram is definately something youd want/need

That low ram amount is probably slowing your system for other apps and games too, consider adding atleast 128Mb or more.

500 mhz p3
256 ram
60 gb HD
16 mb ati rage (sucky vid card...)

it'll work but how well? you could allocate 1 gb of virtual ram for it but it would take forever to render.
you def. want at least 512 mb of ram.

Forever... hmm i remember using C4D first on my 50Mhz 68030+FPU based Amiga. Now rendering on that took forever!

i ran both those programs on 64 mb ram, wasnt too good but worked. now i have 512 mb though.
