Photoshop Error

i need some help, i got alot of things to do and it dont work!!!

I think its sumit to do with the color preferences cause it loads up and when it gets to the color preferences it closes... plz help me, help plz!!!!!

Delete your prefs file. When it loads up you will have to go through all of the standard startup procedure one more time.
