Try the expert center at www.adobe.com.
They also had a download of the book "InDesign Classroom in a Book" for free.

Of course I find the Indesign Info page, but malephika wrote about a free download on the expert center ("InDesign Classroom in a Book"). But I can't find the download link on the Adobe site (I have an Adobe ID).

Hmm, maybe that offer has expired when they released the CS products.
