3D in Photoshop CS

You remember that in Photoshop 7 there was Filters -> Render ->
3D, but in Photoshop CS there isn't. Is it somewhere in the menu's or it's not included in CS???

I havent upgraded to PS CS, but I doubt they removed that filter.

If you have a legal version, then try reinstalling from your Adobe PS CS CD, if it is the trial version it is possible it does not come with all the filters....

Either way, contact adobe.com for support.

the version is original...but why do you think they've removed that filter???

like I said, I dont think they did, but since I havent got PS CS, I do not know for sure, maybe they did.

Here's a thing you can do if you still have version 7 on your computer:
Go to this folder:
...\Program\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Plug-Ins\Filters
Copy the 3D Transform file and put the copy in this folder:
...\Program\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS\Plug-Ins\Filters

Crank up PS CS and you have the 3D filter in its usal spot under Filter > Render.

additional install

you must install the filter additional. You`ll find it on the original cd in the ps goodies folder!
