The website layout looks ok for a start. I think it needs more.
I dont really like that bg image.. like the woodtype.. too dark.

It's a nice template, just change that "Untitled Document" thing.

It looks nice for the moment, when you do put some text in there make sure you use CSS, and please dont use Times New Roman. The font could ruin the site. Also, do not overload the site, too much text on one page can become confusing.

Pois3n said your site was too dark and to be honest I agree with him. I think your background needs some improving (the black bg) a small tiled image can sometimes look good. Only if used well.

www.spoono.com have a good example of a tiled background.So far you have done a good job
