A bit "flat", but it's efficient. It gets right to the point, so: good job!

Looks good to me, although there seem to be a lot of flashy boxes towards the bottom of the page. It's hard to judge how they'd look without seeing a dynamic version of the page (i.e. the page itself, rather than a screenshot).

pretty good color choices, maybe you should add some small bevels or dropshadows to make it even better...
