the girl seems to have a few problems. Her hand that's near her bum seems a bit odd, and there seems to be a chunk out of her leg. Otherwise I think it's pretty nice.

There is a border around the blue inside part and the layer with the girl on it is above that but under the blue. Pick one or the other, don't have her in between. I think she should be on top personally because you have enough blue stuff anyway... more girl cna't hurt!!!

And whats wrong with her hand on her bum?

really poor job on extracting the girl..... if you did the abstract part on the right of the WP, I am sure you could do a better job on extracting the girl from whatever image you got her from?

I think its a bad stule clash... that font dosnt fit in, the girl, the semitransparent borders, and the blue abstract stuff doesnt go together... the blue part is very messy aswell, tho it doesnt look too noobsih.
Try merge it more together... put the lady above the blue stuff, and mak the bg all blue... or something!
