dynamic mp3

I've been looking at ways to stream mp3's and most are very complex but I haven't figured out how to do it in flash. I know there is one way but the user still has to download the mp3. At PureVolume.com it seems to convert band's mp3s into flash files but how is something like this done? Any thoughts on what is involved or how much it would cost to get someone to build me something like this?

use the component mediaPlayBack..
this should get you going ..load all the songs up on the server and use this component to stream the media back to the user ..
