FastHelp: Removing Safe Mode On Startup

hey,
i need to remove safe mode, its not really on safe mdoe but my resolution is super crappy now and displays no colors, i cannot change it in display, when i press F8 on startup and choose run windows normally it does not work. Please help because i need to make an image for school tomorow!

What version of Windows are you running, and what video card are you using.

Reload your video drivers. Make sure your video card is in it's slot correctly. Make sure all connections having to do with video are secure. If that doesn't work, you need a new video card.
