contest - Cash Price $100 + 2 Years Hosting [ 240$ value ]

we starting a few new websites next year in january
for this websites we need:

- logo [ CI - corporate identitiy ]
- banners
- evtl. site layouts

Background:

Main Domain is www.i-webgroup.com [ should be used for company information etc. ]
4 - 5 Domains to sell the service like:

i-webhosting.com [ hosting in english ]
i-webhosting.net [ hosting in german ]
i-websupport.com [ hosting - support ]
i-webdomains.com [ domain name registration ]
+ a few others regional pages ??? websolutions.com
+ some dedicated server pages.

the i-web in each domain can be used for 'international' like international web hosting
[ other ideas welcome ].

the logos from each individual site name should be different in color
[ not much style changes / not completly different ]and remember the visitor on the main CI corporate indentity.

Banner sizes:

468 x 60 Banner size
120 x 600 skyscrapper

234 X 60 Half Banner
125 X 240 Vertical Banner
125 X 125 Square Button
125 X 90 Button
125 X 60 Button
88 X 31 Micro Button
76 x 60 Banner Button

Banners may be static or animated. .gif .jpg .swf.

for web layout samples:
please dont use a TemplateM-Style we are business oriented and focus on information and understatement.
we have a lot of content to put in so the navigation and design elements should be not more then 30% - 35% of the page.
fast loading and small Flash elements are welcome.
[ SEO - searchengine optimization should be in the mind of the creator - its mean should be easily to maintaine and to optimize]

contest running about 2 weeks [ maybe more if the attendance to less ]

what you get from this content:

we planning in this websites to implement a own web design directory - we like to work freelance on additional projects further.
and each of the winners get his own entry there.

the problem is to bring the message out by the logo.
the i in i-webgroup.com or the other domains should be a synonym for international.
[ i-webhosting.com = international webhosting]
or something like this - other ideas welcome.

you can choose the colors to fit your needs for the logo.
for the website - we dont have it yet - but could be blue yellow [ some light colors like we use already on the sites ]
