sound fx for flash

Where can i get sound fx for flash? i need sound fx to put in a flash animations.

If anyone knows any sound fx sites please let me know

I also need to add sound fx to a flash animation - but the animation is not for a web page.

I have in the past seen a utility wich will take a gif file, add sound, and then create an exe output... I'm sure there are others for dubbing for shockwave and quicktime too...

the exe type would be my first choice, but any of the others would be good if anyone has soime info. The end result is NOT for a web page though, and there fore utilities which specificaly add sound for the web page only are of no use.
