the thing about your tongue being the strongest muscle, i believe that's wrong. the tongue is the most excercised muscle, but i believe your jaw muscle is the strongest pound for pound muscle in your body. it puts out about 300 lbs. of pressure.

an average sneeze travels at around 100 mph.

when given the heimlich manuever food is known to shoot out at approximetly the same speeds as if you sneezed (100mph). i met a guy who had a scar from when his baby shot some kind of plastic toy into his foot like that.

oxygen is not flammable under normal conditions. contrary to popular belief, oxygen is perfectly safe around a flame. however compressed tanks of oxygen, or anything for that matter, can become explosive when heated. due to expanding gasses in a confined space (i.e. it'll blow up).

liquid gasoline, is also, not flammable. believe it or not, liquid gas doesn't burn. the vapors from the gasoline however burn quite well, and the heat from the burning fumes...makes more fumes...and more fumes...so on and so forth.

the comment about oxygen degrading tissue is absolutely true. oxgygen degrades everything! rubber, metal, everything. that's why you should, if you can, fill up all your air inflatables (bike tires, basketballs) with nitrogen. as nitrogen is inert and will not degrade the material. lucky us oxygen only accounts for about 13% of the atmosphere and nitrogen is about 60-70%

Why would all 50 states be on the bill if all 50 states aren't on the Memorial itself? There's actually quite a few less than 50 (don't know the exact number), as all 50 states weren't part of the Union at the time of Lincoln's death.
