Anchor tool? wtf

I just started using illustrator tonight for the first time. I used the anchor tool to slect around what im going to make a vector out of, so now how do i go back and move anchor's around so that i can round it out? Please let me know! Thanks

On the same tab as the pen tool you'll find several tools for adding, deleting and manipulating the anchor points.

to move individual points around, press the a key for the direct select tool (white arrow), or for multiple points, press q for the direct select lasso tool.. then, to convert each point from a smooth anchor to a corner anchor, use the convert anchor point tool, shift+c... learn your hotkeys because they save a lot of time...
