looking for photoshop basic training,tutorials etc
Hello
I'm new to photoshop 7. For you all photoshop users. I need help in understanding the basic us of photoshop.
I'm a fireworks user so its very hard to jump from fireworks to adobe photoshop.
My must difficult understanding is using colars.
Can someone provide me a link to a site or any software?
Or if anyone would kindly train me personally.
Very appreciated.

Yeah good-tutorials.com is great, i visit it everyday or you could try www.refdev.com/tutorials/Photoshop
But if you really are a beginner and wanting the basics then i stumbled across this link ---> www.simplephotoshop.com
I havent checked it out yet, because im not wanting the basics anymore, im wanting intermediate stuff, but it should help you anyway, i dunno. Just try it!

also, I have to disagree with the other poster about good-tutorials. I think it's a big site full of garbage and useless effects that no one is ever going to use when you're trying to create something REAL in photoshop. Granted, there are a few, but it's not enough to save the site.
