image in tables......

how would i put an image in a table? cause, i have this image, and i want to put content on it also...heres an example..i attached a picture....on the far left, under the pic of kenshin, i want to put text, so how would i get that image in a table and be able to put text on it?

I wouldn't recommend using a table for this. You should really be using a <div> tag. Tables are for tabular data, not a site layout (for the reasons behind this fact, read through these threads). Here's how it would be done:

Of course, if you're using this on more than one page, you should be using external stylesheets so you'll only have to update one file to change the CSS on all of your pages.
