Make a Vector

I have the following picture, however when I blow it up I lose a lot of quality. I know that vectors dont do this. How would I make the picture into one in Photoshop?

I'm not looking to keep the background.

well, usually vectors are done in vector programs... like illustrator or flash.... but you can still do it in photoshop...

basically, you use the pen tool (ask vp for some help as he is pen god) and you go around the shapes, when you use the pen tool you make a 'path', which is resizeable, then you fill it.....

The advice he give you is correct. You will need to trace each element with the pen tool and then fill your shapes as you go, then group the paths together.

There is a plug-in for Photoshop called "Genuine Fractals" that will adjust the resolution and resize the image without any loss. I have it and it works great. Saves alot of time playing with the pen tool. Besides, you wuld almost ned to be an expert with the pen tool to do that and have it come out well.
