Audio Editing Software?
Not exactly fit for this section but it's the best I could do since they took the music forum out.
Looking for something reeeeally basic, like a Sound Recorder that can handle MP3's as well.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

^^^ Agreed. I use Cool Edit to mix all my tracks (alt hip hop) and I can get near-studio quality.

Cool edit is well worth a try, as is Sound Forge (www.sonicfoundry.com) and Steinberg's Wave Lab.

As of 7.0 Sony owns Soundforge, and yes it's a good program.
