How Do I Create These?

I am familiar with using Illustrator and I have a logo in AI format that I designed for my website. I would like to create a business card, letterhead, and envelope with my logo and was wondering if somebody could tell me how to do this.

Does it need to be in CMYK format? What dimensions should I make them so when I take the files to a print company they will be the correct size?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

.ai format would be great for this....
just set the size, to scale, of the Letterhead/ business card and arrange your page in that way....

Illustrators a Full Scale Page on your Desktop, makes it easy......for instance

Click 'new' and set the sizes to the size of your Business card.
Open your logo and select it all and copy it. (close this now)
Now Paste this onto your Business card layout and alter the sizes and position...
Add some Contact info (I'd personally do everything in different layers)

and save!
If you have Quark or Illustrator format files that shoud be best and you could even Export a .PSD for use in Photoshop....
hope that helps, I've only been using Illustrator for a few Hours
