I think your content area is to small on 1024x768 mode. Overall its not a bad layout, but at the same time, it doesnt stand out as incredibly impressive. I think it looks very plain, and needs more color. the only other thing i can see not good is that your banner is kinda a large filesize, and i think you could easily compress it better.

now with the good. I think that you have a good amount of content, although i just glanced through it. I also like the banner, and think that building a layout around it has very good potential, but right now it just looks stuck there.

I have one commitment going on right now, but it may not pan out, so maybe i can work with you.

I honestly really like your splash. The header on the main page is also nice, but the layout built around it is not as appealing.

Hm. If you really made that header for the site (no accusations), then you can probably do a LOT better than that splash. When I glanced at it last night, I didn't even bother going in, simply because of that splash.

Work on the splash, mainly, and perhaps a little enlarging on the body of the page. And get rid of that fat-stripes background. Eck.

I really like it. My res. is 1024 x 1280 and it is small but I like it. Its not really like it's not readable or anything.
