no, it's a SE/30. 16mhz 68030, 8mb ram, and about 8 years ago we bought a "HUGE" 500mb HD for it Smile . i used to have an Apple IIgs, but my dad got rid of it Sad for reasons unkown to me. what's not shown is 3 apple laptops, 2 apple Newtons (PDA's) and another SE/30. and the picture was taken with an old Apple Quicktake 200 digital camera Grin Roll Eyes

I built my pc, all custom. I will post some pix l8r:

Intel P4 2.8GHz (800MHz FSBw/ HT)
Chaintech 9PJL (865PE chipset)
1GB DDR PC3700
9800pro 128MB (Powercolor)
80GB 7200RPM (WesternDigital)
52x MSI CDRW

-----------
I've gotten my cpu to 3.4GHz stable in gaming/benchies... and have overclocked my card to 425core & 360mem (720), check my scores in my sig Grin

I'd say amd's are better then pentiums. You can tell by the amd pr rating which intel processor it is comparable to.

example: the amd athlon Xp 3000+ barton is clock at 2.1 ghz but in benchmarks it is side by side with the 3.0 6 intel.

The AXP's sure are faster clock per clock, but w/ the recent P4C's that came out, they blow the AXP's outta the water. My 2.8C @ stock is just as fast as a 2.2GHz Barton. Same thing applies to the older P4B's, my cpu @ 2.8GHz is just as fast as the 3.06GHz cpu, it's cuz the newer p4's have a set 800MHz FSB (200MHz quad pumped), over the 533MHz FSB (133MHz quad pumped) one. But lets discuss overclocking wise, my cpu in which I've gotten to 3.4GHz is just as fast as say a 2.5~2.6GHz Barton. I myself have owned a 1.4T-Bird, 1700+, 2x 2500+'s, 2.4B, 2.53B, and now a 2.8C. I can come to the conclusion that if you want the best bang per buck, then amd would be a better choice, just get the 2500+ and overclock it like mad. On the other hand, if you want the best performance comparing the AXP to the P4C, then the P4C offers the best performance. I wouldn't get too ahead of myself as the new Athlon64's are out and clocked even lower which can keep up w/ a highly clocked P4C. For example, my cpu @ 3.4GHz is just as fast as a stock A64 3200+ @ 2GHz. It just depends on how much $ you have, and which ever brand you like, cuz both intel and amd are great companies now, and dont show any bad sides really. Sure you can say that the AthlonXP's get hotter over the p4's, but all you would just need a better HSF (heatsinkfan). All and all, if you have the cash as of right now, and want a good cpu (PC wise), just get the A64 3200+!
