PHP Navigation

Can someone help me out? I don't know if this goes here or script requests so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place. But I am needing some help with some PHP navigation you know those fancy address's. I've looked at the robouk one but it doesn't make sense to me, and I have also read some over at hotscripts.com and it still doesn't make sense to me so I was wondering if anyone knows of any other sites that will explain how it works.
