I've been a starcraft gamer for a long time, and its pretty much my favorite game to play. I got warcraft3 for christmas from my friends and it was alright. I played it for about a week and got bored. I personally dislike hero's. It basicly means who will win the game and so on. Starcraft is much different, and everyone who plays starcraft knows a mass of one unit (IE: Battlecruisers and Carriers) can be destroyed in seconds. I agree more towards fofo. But then again, Starcraft is the reason I ever used a computer so much.

But I agree Warcraft 3 is a good game, great graphics and such, but I'd pick Starcraft over it.

I'm a TFT'er, dont play so much at the mo though :/ Little bored of it, still a great game though.
I wasnt into gaming back when starcraft was released so i didnt know about it, bought it recently after getting a little bored of classic wc3 (waiting for tft) and i didnt really like it to much.

It was D2 that first got me hooked on Blizzard games, and WoW is gonna be the best of its genre

WC3 is definately the bomb.. played SC and all the older warcraft series and I gotta say, theres just so much more diversity in WC3.

Great game and it reminds me more of chess.. just because you have a crapload of units don't mean you'll win the battle. Its about having key units and bringing them together against your opponent. Not every combo works and thats what I love about this game.
