Looking for a free forum
I am looking for a free forum program or script. I want to put up a forum on my site. The only problem is, that when people post new threads, the forum program creates a url for it. such as
http://www.tutorialforums.com/newthread.php?action=newthread&forumid=2&
I am looking for a forum program that can create the urls with using ? or % or # or any characters like that. I want it to just use numbers.
I am in help, if you have any suggestions, please reply or email me at neil@advantageconsultingservices.com

You cant have a forum without a server-side language (well unless its extremely slow, and erm "crap"). So all decent forums will have characters in the address bar, thats how some of the information is passed between pages. This means you will also need a PHP or ASP supporting web host.
