Umm...I like it. Professional.

I can't quite put my finger on it though, but something seems amis about the size and placement of that google searchbar. I have no real suggestions, it just seems rather out of place.

Good, clean layout though. Easy to find everything, and your focus is good. Nice job.

I think that it's ok, it's just plain, but it looks good, but I noticed that the top corner of the main sections are there's some pixelation going on. Other than that It's cool.

Looks OK, but I have a few suggestions.

Put the Google search button to the right of the type box & make it slightly
smaller. Also it may look better to left justify the google logo to the edge of the box.

The top left logo text looks too plain -- make it more interesting.

Change the nav rollovers color -- I like the white when it is against the grey areas, but a lot of the background is the same color as the rollover. It ends up blending in an being lost.

It's really coming together. Looking good!!

It's clean and simple and i like the colours.
BUT there's too many photoshop effects. There's too much shadow, it looks awful with the emboss and the buttons add to favourites and make this your website are poorly placed and they take up waay too much space, too much attention.

And i don't really see why google's got sucha a nice place.. do they sponsor you or something? If not I'd advice you to place it elsewhere, perhaps at the bottom of the page.

But all in all: nice colours and layout, just skip the photoshop effects.

well to the average visitor of that site they wont know of the simple photoshop effects ive used...i think it looks alright.

and people this site was constructed on what someone else wanted :P that explains the google.
