Need Designers who can splice WELL

I am looking for designers who know how to splice up a site using CSS-P and have it at least XHTML 1.0 transitional compliant.

If you can do that, email/PM me.

To clarify, when I say CSS-P, I mean no use of tables ... for example view the source of cookienest.com ... no <table> tags in there.
