How To Make Borders......

Im new at graphics, n i was just wonderin how to make borders, and also make borders for images inside of a signituare.....any advice holla back..... Thanks....

there are many ways to make a boarder around an image a little more detail would help but here is the way I do it.
selct the line marque tool and get an airbrush and go over it
to change the size to go free transform

another way to do it is to use the rectangular marquee tool thing

highlight all around the sig with it, then go to edit>>stroke
select color and pixels and it should do it
thats also a good way to make boxes o.O
