Ok update time again.
Silvercool - I like the edit.
Neotek - Too dark still for my taste.
oreokooky - I like the new one, except the stuff gray web-outline stuff around the name.
logomachine - I like it
fraDe - Nice.
jadedchron - logo/banner/whatever you want to call it 
Just follow directions and you should be fine.

Here's a new one from me, my other one was a bit dark, agreed, this one is lighter, fits the scheme more than my old one...a lot more! Enjoy.

I'm trying to figure out you want. You don't have any (professional-looking) references for us? Something to get an idea. I've looked at the submissions, but those are not. I just want to know what you want precisely and then I'll be able to make it. Unless you're asking for some abstract thing. Can't really design/develop for something that has nothing to design around. Hope that was clear. Thanks

It's for an electronic culture/music website.
I'm too lazy to look back now, but I liked the retro feel of one piece, the futuristic of another. It really depends on the style and how it's done.
Don't want it too childish, but not super professional either. Something eyecatching that people will remember.
