Hello,
Here is a website I have just created. It's still a draft. Could I please get some opinions, critisms and suggestions on it. Thanks

hmm. right now it doesn't seem very 'connected' i guess you could say. you might want to try changing the blue /orange. i may be mistaken but they don't seem to be exact compliments. which is okay but i think it might look better if the values* are the same.

I think this can turn out to become a nice corporate design, but I do agree that things don't really match.
I think the main problem is the positioning of the menu.
It looks like it's floating above the rest of the design.
Fix that and you have a decent design.

I like it, i think the menu would look better if you carried it on as a kind of sidebar if you know what i mean. That would probably make the menu look more attached to the rest of the site. It definately has potential.

Like says everyone else, the colors don't match. It just doesn't seem to flow together, and like they said, the nav kind of protrudes from the rest of the site.
Try bringing the navigation down, on both sides, so that they're both level with the "Home". I think that would help, also.
The orange seems really out of place. Try using a lighter blue, like that of the sides of your nav, I normally try to stay within a limit of about three colors, which are all complient with one another on the color scale. Different shades of one color, maybe, and definate shades of the others.

Ok, thanks to those who gave suggestions. I have made a few alteration according to what I thought you meant. It's still at the same address. Any more opinions are still welcomed

Yeah, it's getting there. 2 things though
1. you should bring the height back down to 100% like it was so it's full screen -or atleast close to it
2. this image http://www.bwaddleyweb.com.au/teltech/images/left.gif has a different color then the background it's put on. http://www.bwaddleyweb.com.au/teltech/images/right.gif is a lil bit closer to the background color. because right now the backgrounds don't blend so you have just a block.
hope that helps

I hope this helps...
blue/orange/white would look nice, but I agree about finding the right balance with the colors ( maybe coordinate them with the same degrees of tones)
I'm not particularly fond of the varing shapes of the layout when you click on different pages. try to work on a more fixed size.
It looks like your on a way to a good design, just need a little more guidence. Maybe a few more suggestions from the senior designer's can help you with getting the right look to it.

looks nice, but try to make the entire cell (in the menu) clicable (and changing color on hover)
just addt his in your TD
<td onMouseOver="this.bgColor='#EEEEEE'" style="CURSOR: hand" onClick="location.href='#'" onMouseOut="this.bgColor='#FBFBFB'">
and change the colors of it of course

The colors are fine for me -- I think orange & dark blue go fine together, white also works with those.
The big problem I see is the header photo graphic at the top right - it is pretty bad - I like that you have people's faces, but the quality & composition is not good. I do not like that flat panel thrown in there - doesn't match or help the flow.
The right 'Contact Us' info is awful - change the Font & it looks very blurry. The text size is too big as well - scale it down to match the rest of the page.
The photo of the building is awful - blurry & a bit overexposed. Pretty boring too. Maybe if it was bigger it would look better.
Those 3 things are really dragging the page down.
