I like it alright, but I feel that it could be improved. IMO I feel like the header's maybe too large. Maybe you can cut it down a little bit, it seems like you only made it so large to fill up space so it would be more comfortable a fit on 1024x768. But what do I know?

Also, it feels like once you hit the bottom of the header, you run straight into a whole different website. Try integrating some of the colors from your header to your main document at the bottom, be it hover colors on links, or the colors of headers or tabs.

Also, it loads kind of slow, but that's a sacrifice you have to make. I feel making the header smaller would probably cut down on load times, too. So that would help economically and visibly.

Maybe make the header smaller for the other pages, and only have a big one for the home page.
I like it. And you should probly think up a new way to navigate throught the different projects. People would think that if they click on the preview then they would be sent to that site, not got to the next project, and there is no way to go to the previous one without having to go right through them all again. You should probably find out a way to cache the header images better. They keep having to reload. Also I think you should make the comments textarea a bit taller, so that users can read what they have already written, without having to scroll too much.
Overall, nice site, like the blue and the greys, good work.

nice work, but yeah, header is way too big (try it at 800x600 and you'll see what I mean). And maybe add a rollover in the nav, can't go wrong with that.
