He is basically saying if WWIII occurs, it will be fought with such destructive weapons that humanity and all its technology will be destroyed and and the remnants of humanity will prevail only in a primitive form, hence WWIV will be fought with sticks & stones.

Sounds like more Nostradomas balony, even though this isn't Nostradomas, apparently after 9/11, they were bringing up a quote of his that had a relation to the two towers getting hit, I can't remember the exact quote.
