I got a 404 for the banner one. With the transition one I don't think it was done with PSP, but you might want to try Animation Shop. You can do some image effects to make a transition from one image to another.

How do I make the image transition to another image?

copy the image then paste it on animation shop, do it again. then select the first image and go to the insert image transition and select "animation frame" or something like that.. Grin

In Animation Shop 3.
Make a new animation with at least two pictures. (I guess that was pretty obvious)
Right click the first picture and choose "Insert Image Transition"
(or you can click in the Menu "Effects -> Insert Image Transition")
In the new window you now have the possibilty to choose all the settings you want for you r animation.
Don't forget to do the same with the second picture as well so you get a nice transition back as well.
