What are you doing to copyright it? So long as something is yours and you put the little symbol it's copyrighted.

I don't have much cash but I'll make another donation to tf through pay pal say $10.00 to start a pool if one of the mods want to pick it up.

btw. simple copyrights don't bear much weight. That could be a costly finger pointing he said / she said in court.
I think You need to be an operational business for two years before you can register a trademark. It's the registered trademark that carries all the weight in court.

Not that it matters but it would just be nice if you could get .net.
Any other FORUM using tutorialforums.net would just ride on the coat tail of TF.
we would all have to sign up there and make frequent anal postings to make it an undesirable URL.

Actually, according to ICANN, if Microsoft.com is registered and Microsoft the name is registered before you register .net, they can legally take it from you without paying a dime.

I think you should follow the rules and just answer on how much you want to bid. And NO TF can't do anything to this domain. It's a free registration, if they were smart enought they could have got the .net in the first place also.

I only paid $45.00, and im willing to hand it over for the nearest price i can get what i payed for it.

Locke microsoft own copyright law and are avregistred company, i dont think TF is.

I am not trying to hurt anyone i am a big spender on domains i went to a forum and saw this domain in a big list and thought ill have that.

Then i was told by spono on WHT that there is a big developed forum at the .com version, so here i am. I could go and sell this domain some where else for more then what i paid for it.

I dont no why pople are calling me a retard etc, i have not done anything wrong.
