Im hiring Graphic designers/staff

I'm hiring three graphic designers for a beta of my website.
Website will go online next week at this time no matter what.
Website needs images and text added to it.
I have: layout, some images, php code for staff area, and three open spots.
You will work for free and make images for the website but when website gets up i don't mind if you attach your portfolio or layout designs for sale on my site. You will be allowed staff powers (to edit text and images on the site without having to go through me. you can also add tutorials)

This site is about: making tutorials for flash and photoshop. It will also be about chatting in forums for help. The main goal of this site is to help people but we will accept the staffs and guests layouts to sell. Each layout u give us to post on our site will cost you 1/10 of what you sell it for EVERY time you sell it on our site. The staff can post and sell thier layouts with no charge. Staff will also be allowed to become a moderator at the forum automatically if they wish. the staff are only allowed so many layouts and so many staff powers. the staff powers will be very low at first. Your contribution to the site will determine the more power and layouts u can sell for free.

Hello again ska issues...please stop trying to take things out on me just because u don't qualify for a good designer. Also i would appreciate it if you stop trying to gain posts by accusing everyone.
My suggestion is you need to get over the fact u can't become part of the website.
