Ok, I want an IP to only vote once

Ive had a few members complain saying they think other ppl are cheating. I didnt realize this when i set the script up but there is no way to keep ppl from voting more than once a day. There is a gateway page however. If anyone is willing to help me do this please IM me on aim.

most people have dynamic ips, so they could still vote again if their ip changes. =/

It's useless to a person who knows what they're doing. Best solution -- set an ip in the database and cookie. Bad things -- most people are dial up or dynamic ip (which means that wouldn't work) and cookies can be deleted with the click of the mouse.
