Finding poem

I've been assigned to find the name and title of this poem

Simple words may wound or soothen
Much depending on their use
They may estrange as well as sadden
When their use becomes abuse

Weigh them in the scale of justice....
Do not wing them at random
For they may fly beyond their goal

I've searched and searched but cant find it. Can someone tell me where I can find it??

I don't need the answer, but rather where I can find it...
