My thoughts on this: The two "kids" shouldn't have had the game in the first place. Obviously, their age nor intelligence level is enough to handle the game. Secondly, it's the parents' fault. They should've watched what they're kids were playing. I'm sorry for what happened to the family who lost one, but that's what happens when two dumbasses go out and party with a shotgun. "I didn't mean to hurt anyone." Now, is it me, or is this kid totally insane!? YOU FIRED SHOTGUNS INTO A HIGHWAY, DUMBASS! OF COURSE IT'S GOING TO HURT SOMEONE!!! Ignorance is bliss... and in this case, could be the death penalty. (When the boys reach the right age, of course...)

I am sick of retards like them doing absolutely stupid ****, and then going and blaming their actions on video games. Vice city is rated R and probably for a very good reason, not to give retards like that any ideas.

I myself am 16, and you don't see me being influenced by a game, trying to fly, or beat people with sticks, or running people down in a car. People who go out and do stuff like that are just plain idiots. Vice City is an awesome game.

i agree. mostly about the fact that the parent's should have been watching their children, and places who sale video games should not sale mature rated games to anyone under the age of 17/18. but filing a lawsuit against a game company? i mean, that's like filing a lawsuit again whoever made the gun..

I completely agree with you Kyle. It's not the game's fault, it's completely the kids (and possibly the parents) since they weren't mature enough to handle it. How the hell could they be that stupid anyway? Take2 will definitely win the case...
