clan website 100 euro

hi i need a website for my clan .
the name of the clan is Pixel-Gaming
we can pay round 50 euro ..
we are quite a good clan
so we need a good website.
it must be coded. cause noone of us can else i would make one myself .
we cant pay trough paypal cause noone of us has a creditcard .
so i can book it to your bank account.
it needs a forum
login on website .
news section at frontpage . members section war section
and everything a clan needs .
we have 5 sections so i need a game icon and a flag at the news post . so i can choose wich one i want at the post.
the sections are .. cs nl (dutch) cs be (belgium) cs eu (europe) cs se (sweden)
sof2 israel
