@ kylej: lol... you're one funny kid. I don't want to try this into an arugment about using Kazaa and the legal issues. If you want to complain then search for those threads.
Anybody else... I would like to check napster 2.0 subscription service. Has anybody got some information on that.

I've been getting my CD's off ebay lately. Great for the ones that aren't easily found anywhere (which also means online). They're also quite cheap. I also can get a lot of songs from my friends.
Or just use Shareaza.

Ok yeah, as it turns out, the www.cheapmusicdownload.com or whatever it was charges you to hook up to a p2p network, and the artists never see any of the money. Kylej, almost 100% of the music I listen to isnt all that popular, so the artists arent super rich. Financially, they are probably in the lower middle class. That is why i want to do a subscription service. Yes, i have tons of music on my computer, and I know that the RIAA cant to anything about if it isnt moving to another computer, so I'm not worried about that. I just want to eventually have all of my music legally acquired, so the artists get what they deserve.

ASF recorder is a great way to get streaming files into a WMA, but always make sure the files are legal first :P
As Its probably better not to give you a link, I'll just say not to search google for 'asf recorder' and click the site from sourceforge.. nope, dont wanna be doing that.
