creating a flash site

if you go here http://www.flashzero.com/p.php?_p=vp&id=fz-ie076 and zoom in to see the site, see how after the preloader is finish everything just moves from across the screen to its final spot and stay there. how is that acheivable because i want to do that for a site instead of having everything be already there after the preloader finish. I think its motion tween but still not sure how to do it.

Assume you have an empty canvas.
Create the part you want to move.
Press F8 to convert to symbol - name it and select movie clip.
It should be on a keyframe already if not make the frame you start on a keyframe and move the part off stage.
Then move down a few frames and create another keyframe.
Then with that last keyframe highlighted you move the part into place.
Then click on the first keyframe and highlight all the frames.
Then go to the property inspector and select motion tween and it should work.
