Hey,

i was just wondering how this background was done....it was all done in Photoshop, this i am sure of and its not brushes...

there is obviously traces of polar co-ordinates and a blur i was just wondering if anyone had seen a simular tutorial or has any idea on how to recreate this or something simular?
