Need medium level hosting plan

I want a medium sized hosting plan. I already own a domain, so I would need to be able to transfer my domain, and also be able to get email (my domain is kellenholt.com, so for example I want person@kellenholt.com). I'm looking for around 100 - 200 MB of space, and about 4gb of bandwidth. The provider has to be reputable - Im looking for a host I can depend on. I need the following features as well:

- min. 10 sub-domains
- PHP
- MySQL Databases
- FTP access
- Cpanel or other control panel (Cpanel preferred)
- Webalizer or other statistics viewer
- min. 25 email accounts

I'm looking to spend about $60 - $70 annually. Payment must be through CC or Paypal.
