They are possibly the best host i have ever found. They may cost but they have amazing aftersaleservice, cheap prices, very fast servers, little to no downtime and they always keep you well informed with whats going on.

Yeah, I'd hope that they would have good support at those prices.

I'm not saying those prices are outrageous, but they definitely aren't as low as the current host I have, who seems to have excellent support.
